Delete your account
In the app, open the menu at the top of Chat and choose Settings. Under Your data, tap Delete account, type DELETE, and confirm with Apple or Google. This is permanent and cannot be undone. Deleting the app from your phone does not delete your account.
Export your data
In the app, open the menu at the top of Chat and choose Settings. Under Your data, tap Export your data. Your phone makes one zip file, a readable report and the same data as CSV tables, and opens the share sheet so you can save or send it.
